There is Free Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! This includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.
Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground
- Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed.
- We send out a tracking email shortly after the order ships.
- Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If a signature is required, then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Please note that while we do offer Free Shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
Of course we will send out carrier tracking when your order ships.
Cancellation Policy:
At Home Decor Squad, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.
Return Policy:
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to reason other than item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after return is received back at our warehouse.
- Most items will ship out in 1-2 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground.
- Some large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping ABF freight. RLcarriers, or other freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up)
- Some of our items ship “Signature Required”, so someone may need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.
- We are unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
